What is the offer?

What is Billing Credit? What can it be used for?
$300 in billing credit will automatically be applied to your future invoices for your Dr. Bill subscription on our Full-Serve plan.
Is there a free trial?
Your $300 in billing credit acts as your free trial. $300 will automatically be applied to your future invoices for your Dr. Bill Full-Serve plan subscription. For example, let’s say you bill $2,000 in one billing cycle, our Dr. Bill invoice would be $39 (which is a fee of 1.95% of $2,000). The $39 will be debited from your billing credit, and you will have a remaining $261 credit balance that will be applied towards your subsequent invoices. Billing credits never expire.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. To cancel your account, contact our support team. Keep in mind that you’re only charged when you bill through our platform, so if you’re taking a break or simply don’t need to use Dr. Bill at any time, you can keep your account active and only use it when you need it.
How do I get paid?
You get paid directly through the Ministry of Health. You can set up direct deposit through the Dr. Bill platform so that payment goes directly to your bank account - otherwise, the Ministry will send you a cheque in the mail.
In order to set up your payment account and connect your billing # to Dr. Bill (so we can submit claims to the Ministry of Health), log in on the web and you’ll see a banner at the top of the page that asks you to ‘Complete your Payment Information’ - just follow the prompts.
